Dear Chihuahuas’ fanciers,

Welcome to the website of the Montenegro Stars kennel . Our kennel is registered and is situated on the Adriatic coast, in Montenegro — the country of marvelous climate and fascinated sceneries.

My name is Yulia Stepanova, I have been into dogs’ breeding for more than 20 years. I dedicated the recent years to one of the most fantastic breeds — the pigmy Chihuahua dogs.

Now I’m into breeding the Chihuahua within the known lines of Italy, Finland and America. Breeding is a challenging and hard work and it requires specific knowledge, patience, time and, most of all, desire to create masterpieces. I’m determined and confident about my abilities and I know I’ll have great success, since I’ve got it started and I need only to keep on applying my knowledge and skills.

The Montenegro Stars kennel is officially registered in FCI and possesses all necessary supporting documents.
